How long does it take for goods to be delivered?

Deliveries are guaranteed within 7-10 days of the date the goods are made available to us. Please note if a customer cancels or amends the delivery the revised time frame can be out of our control. 

When will the customer know their delivery date?

Upon booking the customer will receive confirmation of the delivery date within 48 hours. Please make sure your customer is aware that the initial date proposed is likely to be amended. You may wish to enter the initial proposed date of delivery as the date we can collect goods from you. We will then be able to deliver within 7 - 10 working days. 

How will you contact the customer?

Please ensure the customers email address and phone number are entered correctly and they will receive confirmation of the delivery date by email and text. They will also receive an email 3 days before delivery as a reminder and a text message the day before to act as a reminder. On the day we will give your customer a courtesy call to advise them of the exact time of our arrival.

How will I know when goods are going to be delivered?

We will email you a list every Friday of all of the confirmed deliveries for the coming week. If a delivery is due the same week it is booked, we will make an individual email to you to confirm.

What information do you need?

We require you to complete the booking form with as much information as possible. This will ensure a smooth process for all parties involved including, your customer, you and us.

What if a customer needs to amend the delivery arrangements?

Your customer can contact us directly from the confirmation emails which are sent to amend or cancel the delivery. We ask that 24 hours notice is given otherwise the delivery fee will still be chargeable. If the customer contacts you, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We are able to make deliveries on the weekend but please be aware that this does incur an additional cost. If you require a weekend delivery please contact us to discuss the terms.
